Other than sending out orders I rarely visit Et any more but today happened to pop into the forum and discovered there seems to be more discussion about the site there than there is here.

Maybe all the positive people post here and the negative people post elsewhere 😃

If this is the case though we do need  few (or a lot) more positive people to keep this forum busy.  We now have 500 members which is quite an achievement for the length of time it has been available.

I look at this forum every day and sometimes make a comment but in general things are running smoothly for me so I don't have questions or problems to ask about. On the "other" site, there seems to be a lot of about shipments, things not functioning on the site, how to do things etc. Maybe no news is good news for our shops on Artyah.

Since the G+ group is now for pics only, I think those who post there should be reminded/invited here again. I haven't seen anyone who posted discussions exclusively there here at this forum. As I mentioned in other posts, I think that those who voted to not make that group for pics only have refused to come here and participate. As I remember, there was never a lot of discussion there anyway, mostly people posting their listings. This tells me that most don't want to participate in discussions anyway. They want you to like their listings posts and comment on them.

It's hard to keep forums going at any site really, except E. Those forums are crammed with posts everyday, as Martique mentioned. So  many sellers, so much going on, so much talk about other sites too, as Christine said. Size or the # of members has a lot to do with how busy a forum is too. And I too think that the discussions there about AY are mostly negative and a few AY members there add positive comments.

As AY grows, this forum will grow. It's a great feature to have an onsite forum. Not found much anymore at selling venues.

I have been a bit selective with the quotes but both these comments go to show the positive attitude here [cool]  [thumb]

I come to the forums everyday and read how things are going and what people are up to.
I seldom reply,my bad.
If I have a question I ask.
The other site has more people and more drama so it is always busy.

Honestly I am just too busy with life and business to spend much time here or any forum. I check in and comment when I can help or ask a question but just, as much as I may like to, can't chat!

Sorry for posting here but I cannot for the life of me find where to put a new post.

Anyway I need help, I cannot log on to ArtYah this morning, below is the message I am receiving when I try to login.  Anyone else getting this message?

Attackers might be trying to steal your information from http://www.artyah.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more

Just had  a message to say that I cannot paste this message here but it seems to have taken.

I have just had a look, and it seems that the security Certificate has expired (this is something that has to be paid for separately, in my case anyway as it cost me a lot to get one for my site a few months ago).   I will let Craig know.

This was brought up on another thread today.  Go to "What's happening on Artyah?"  Then to "Keeping Artyah safe".  It sounds like the problem has been fixed. Hopefully it's fixed for good.  😉

The Artyah forum seems much quieter than the Etsy forum anyway.

Is there any way to contact a seller on here?
For example to ask about shipping before purchase? I'm having trouble working all this out sorry.

Hi ausworkshop, you can go into any listing and there should be a contact seller button.

Hope this helps

Thanks. Found it on desktop. Phone has a little drop down list of options which I didn't see at first.
