I'd be interested in seeing what all my creative compatriots are up to.  I'm working on a Cabled Messy Bun Hat.  Don't have any pics yet but I just finished a neck warmer with a Saxony cable braid.  Just noticed that I didn't crop my dog's basketball out of the photo! LOL

You have some unusual buttons, I like those.   I am working on a new shawl, nearly finished it, just sewing it all together now, will post photo once blocked.

I made the buttons from polymer clay.  That way I can make exactly what I want.  Can't wait to see your shawl!

Wonder if I can make some with ground clay and cook in oven, just had to dig (not personally) a trench and if anyone wanted to make some pottery the clay that came out looks great for that

Don't think ground clay and the oven will work. LOL  But try some polymer clay.  These are layers of brown and ecru, sliced to about maybe and eighth to a quarter of an inch and cut out in a leaf shape.

I am sewing, stuffing, and finishing a ton of candy canes for a show next weekend.  At least I don't have to make any more kitties...they are harder to stuff than the big pieces! Probably going to be cross-eyed by the end of the weekend!  Going to be tied to my sewing machine for the next few days [smile]

I know what you mean!  I make rope coiled baskets and I'm cross-eyed by the time one is done!

Made myself a new pin cushion couple days ago (the bunny one!), I absolutely love it. So today I made a couple more in different colors. Need to take pic of all 3. Zombie bunny? What do you think? [biggrin]

Poor Bunny , fancy sticking all those pins in it [eek]

This is my latest shawl, still not quite finished but I had to take a photo of something else today so put this on the dummy to take a picture while I was at it - managed to take the wrong side so when I do finally finish it I must remember to do it from the other side
