Hope someone can help with my question. All my unsold items have disappeared. How can I relist without making a new listing. Thanks for any help!

I'm interested in this answer. Is there a time limit to how long they stay as "unsold" or can seasonal items just sit there?

That is sad because there is no way I will be starting a huge amount of listings from scratch.

I think Craig mentioned that they only stay in your unsold folder for three months

Three months is a good length. I should make up my mind by then if I want to put them back active. For seasonal, I'll put the description and pictures in a folder so I just have to copy-paste to renew. In fact, I do all my listings in Word and then copy to the listing page. I list my key words there on the Word page too before posting a sale because Key Words are hard to think up at times. So now I have all my listing on my computer with the back up hard drive box in case the computer goes down. Sound obsessive? No. Sounds like I've had several bad experiences.

It would be nice if unsold listings were kept, complete with photos and descriptions, "behind the scenes" ready for reactivation. Three months actually isn't that long. The thought of starting from scratch, which takes a long time as you can't just copy and paste since Google dislikes duplicate text and repeated main image, is daunting... :-(

I can't agree more. To redo the photographs, measure the items and create the description again is not feasible for all my items. I know there are many that I will relist within the three months, but I need the flexibility of relisting when I think the timing is right.

Unsold listings disappear quickly . You have to relist them within a week or two otherwise they get deleted. I don't think there is any way to get them back once they are deleted.

I totally agree! I have re-listed a lot of my items, as soon as they became 'unsold', but have kept some back deliberately, in order to list them together, because they are in the same style. Sometimes, I take new photos of items, and re-vamp descriptions, but the thought of having to start from scratch is a bit daunting. I suppose the only answer is to copy all your descriptions to a word document, for future reference, something I had to do when the previous site I was on (aLittleMarket) merged with 'another'. In my case, it didn't help all that much, as it was a French website, and, having spent untold hours translating everything into French, I had to do the process in reverse!https://www.artyah.com/seller/styleunique

I've been relisting almost everything so I haven't experienced my unsold items disappearing over the last year or so. I have to ask, just to be sure, those items aren't showing up in the "Ended" folder either? It occurred to me that maybe they are moved from one folder to another after a period of time...sort of the same idea as an archive on other sites. I'm sure a lot of these problems will get sorted out with the new build. Fingers crossed! 😃

I checked my ENDED folder. It only shows SOLD items.
