Very sorry for the delay.

I am not seeing any listings in your account.

I do believe that any expired listings older than 30 days may have been purged from our server.
That is a general maintenance that helps the server move quicker.

Hi Vintagerepeats, The above is a response I received from Craig. I guess I will have to start from scratch, which I really do not mind as I was intending to tweak my listings anyway. I am posting this here in case anybody reading this thread has had their listings disappear as well. I am also going to contact another Artyah Seller that is asking the same question in another thread.

Thank you Maria for finding out about the lost listings, mine had disappeared as well and I have not had the time to find out where they had gone.  Now all the Christmas fairs are over I will have more time to relist.

You are welcome Ellie. Yes, the rush is about over. I will just wait until after Christmas (family gatherings, etc.) and I will begin listing again.

Hi Everyone,

I do love all of the comments in this post and we are concentrating very much on what SELLERS' needs are. Also buyers needs too :-)

Please keep the ideas flowing and when we get to the stage of what we need to add to make ArtYah 2.0 a better functioning site, we will be looking right at this post!

Thank you Craig for working so hard and being so eager to help. You have been nothing but kind and take you time to help me whenever I need. I want to know where else that an owner provides me with a private number just to address my issues. Keep in mind some people complain about anything and some people are sensitive about every word you say. I have the same problem especially when I am writing an answer instead of talking on the phone. People interpret it in a negative way when that is totally not what I meant. I have never seen a seller complain about you at least in public and the rest of us would definitely stand up for you. People are just so impatient these days. They need to show the same manners that they would like to be treated with. Apparently people either weren’t taught or have forgotten to use the Golden Rule. I understand all of the hard work that you are going through to provide us a site that the other venues just try to rip us off on. I would say for the sellers who aren’t happy here try going back to eBay with the 10% fee including the price of shipping. A site that always sides with buyers who are great at trying to get something for nothing. Not being able to communicate with the buyer because the Nazi’s are policing every word of the communications. I haven’t listed much simply because I have so much other things to do with moving into a new house but the site is wonderful even with a few glitches here and there. I agree with you. The GOLDEN RULE.

This is the main reason that we are building ArtYah 2.0.
We will have ArtYah the way it is meant to be. It will take time because we do not use investors.
This will be a better way to go in the long run. We will be in control of our site and not have other people tell us
what to do and how to run things. There is a lot of competition but there is always room for one more.
ArtYah will get there, it will just take a little time.
