Craig,

I have not been very active on the site or forums lately so I don't know what happened.  Just wanted to say that you have been very helpful to me and very courteous and prompt with your responses.

I have had the good fortune (maybe misfortune to you, lol) to have found two stores in our local area that have allowed me to stock some of my items.  It was encouraging to me to see sales occur in both locations.  That is why I have been slow to list items here.

I am working on some new items and will start listing them as soon as I can.  I like the site and plan to stay with you.

Looking forward to the new platform!

Craig,

I am totally out of touch. As others above, I missed everything. I have been very lax about my shop because I am trying to re-organize and re-think my strategy. I am very interested in Artyah and understand that it takes a while for a fledgling to soar. However, since I have been distracted, I lost track of what was going on and just now realize that there are plans for a new site, etc.

My question is: I went to my Artyah shop to renew my listings and I cannot find them anywhere.

Does that mean I have to start from scratch?
When you are talking about a new site, does it mean that if I list now in the current Artyah, I will have to list again on the new site?

I would really appreciate your response.

Maria, go to Listings and then click on Unsold or Ended.  Your expired listings should be there.  If you are trying to renew a listing before it expires, go to Listings and click on Active. You can choose End Early and then go through the same way as you would a brand new listing.  I hope this helps. [smile]

Craig, I didn't see what happened either.  I don't spend as much time in the forums as I should.  Having said that, I think it shows your heart and integrity to come on here and apologize.  I joined E early on and it took time for it to grow and work out the kinks. I left after 9 years when the original E was gone and chaos ensued. I appreciate your updates and that you communicate with us directly.  I haven't had any sales here yet, but am more than willing to be patient as you work on the site.  Wishing you and yours a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Hi Vintagerepeats. Thank you for your response. No, they are not there. I cannot find them anywhere. I looked there before I pose the question, but nothing. I now only have two "live" listings and it is like if I never listed anything except those two items.

Please post an update when you can.  You may not be the only one with this problem.  I hope things are resolved quickly and your listings aren't lost.  Good luck!

Hi Yangbo,

Thank you very much!!

We are working on it... A new platform. Current platform will not allow us to do what we want. Has something to do with the DLL's and we cannot access certain information in them and alter the code.

New build will be awesome.Just takes time.
