For some time the software that was supposed to limit the sizes of banners etc was not working properly and the recommended sizes were ignored, now they have been corrrected and many banners etc are not showing up as their creators intended so here are some templates for the recommended sizes to help you.

Thank you Christine, for these!  I've made a note of them.  So I take it the software is now fixed? Are the listing images set for 800 x 800, 72 dpi, and the gallery images set for 800 x 400, 72 dpi?

Hi Beth,  I cannot answer for those, I guess we will find out when the final version is released.  I think it would be very difficult, if not impossible to get everyone to create their images to specific proportions.


For anyone still having problems with the banner image I have set up a listing in my Kerioak shop to help sellers get them to the correct proportions
