Dear Sellers,

It has come to my attention that our email alerts for when an item has ended unsuccessfully is not being sent.We have resolved the issue and ended item emails will be sent moving forward.

If you have items that need to be relisted,for a limited time, all listings will be $.05 cents until March 24th.

Please take advantage of this offer as spring is upon us and we do have a lot more traffic than we have ever had.We are seeing more sales and people are signing up just to buy items on ArtYah.

Starting March 10th 12pm pacific all listings will be $.05 for two weeks. That is for new and relisted items.

Hi, could I please ask why isn't this offer working? My account shows that I've been charged the standard $0.10 per listing and I've seen other people reporting the same.

Unfortunately, it obviously wasn't working for many. My listings in questions were listed on the 13th (the mail about reduced fees came on the 10th) - when I saw that the fee is wrong, I came to the forum to see if anyone else has the same issue and sure thing, there were several people saying the same. That's what confuses me.

Ohhh nooo that isn't good. [frown]

I listed a bunch of my items in the last few days and was only charged the 5 cents.

I would send Craig a message I would think he should fix that for you.

Thanks, will do! I'm new here so I had no idea what to do, haha. $0.10 per listing certainly isn't a big fee to pay, but I like it when things are as advertised. I'll send him a message.

There were a few days after the site was restored when we were charged 10 cents.  I've been listing a lot recently and have been charged the 5 cent promotional fee for both new listings and relists.  I've seen a few other posts that suggest we might not all be getting charged the same fee.

Craig, I had a bunch of items expire yesterday and didn't receive any email notifications.  I went ahead and relisted them, of course, but thought you should know that the emails might not be coming through for everyone.  I'm about to check email again just to see if they came a little late.

After checking email, still no notifications for expired items.

I noticed this, too. Having to sign in and check is not all that tough but the notices were useful (although I think some sellers found them annoying).

Yep... We aren't receiving email notification either, but have resorted to logging onto the site EACH day for  messages that may have been posted. NOT ideal...

I will be looking into this. Everyone should be receiving an email when an item ends unsuccessfully.
