It's been almost two weeks since I addressed the problem of items in shop not being clickable.
Is anything being done on this issue?
I am a patient person, but it's hard enough when everything is running smoothly; now almost impossible if a person enters your shop and can't click on your items. What is the point of having them on here or adding anything else to my shop?
I have never had a problem with Chrome before.

Hi Bitsy Baubles,
I had the same problem when using Chrome. I have two shops, and everything worked fine browsing the other shop using chrome.
There were no problems with opening listings in Internet Explorer, however. May I ask if you've tried that?

I had that problem also but I signed out of my account and everything worked fine

I tried to click on your shops and can't click on your second row on, as well as my own shop.

Well you are correct Bitsy I can't click on your items either.  I wrote to Craig, if this doesn't change there is no reason to relist any items.  People can't purchase either.

We are aware that there is an issue using Chrome. All other browsers will allow a user to click on items in ones' shop to purchase items.

We are weighing the costs to see how much it will be to fix. At this time however, users that do not use Chrome are able to click on a shop and purchase items.

Thank you Craig... I hope you will be able to fix the problem very soon... I only use Chrome on my lap top... As a seller I opened my shop here using Chrome and had no problems till now....
