I was on here tonight in my shop and noticed that quite a few of my pictures are not clickable.
What is happening with the photos?

Edited to add that the pics on the left side of my shop listings are okay. It's all the other photos in second rows on that are not clickable

When you are browsing through your own shop, you aren't able to click on some of the photos to bring up the individual listings?  I'm not sure why this would be happening, but the photos are clickable for me both in my own shop and yours (just randomly clicking on various photos in different locations).  Maybe it has something to do with browsers/devices?  Craig might know the answer.  I'm on a PC using Firefox and everything seems normal at the moment.

I would appreciate it if Craig would look into this. I am not going to use Firefox , because every other site works on  Chrome.
Thanks Michele for your input.

You are correct, I used another laptop but the result is exactly as you said. This is happening in the shop itself only. And this seems to be the case with most of the shops.
I was wondering why some of my items seem to have been viewed 4 times more than the others.
This is not going to help our sales.

Here is my post from the other thread:
I think it is a browser issue. I had not thought to check before, but so many people seem to be commenting on this, I thought I better had; sure enough, when using Google Chrome, only the photos down the left-hand side are clickable (not a desirable state of affairs, if you are hoping to sell the other items!). For all the other photos, the 'little hand' is replaced by the 'arrow' (cursor), and you cannot click to open!

I also use Chromium, and when I switched to that browser, everything worked fine.
I haven't tried Firefox or Internet Explorer, yet, although I could, if it would help.

I was beginning to wonder, why I had not made any sales recently! Google Chrome is one of the major browsers, used by millions; maybe this issue will be sorted on the new website. I hope so.

I have two shops and it's the same in my Magnolia Surprise shop -- only the first column of listings are clickable. However, in my other shop, Magnolia Sewing Basket, all listings are clickable. I use Chrome for both so it must be an internal error.

The listings are clickable when browsing the site, but not in my individual shop.

I use FireFox and tried clicking on my listings while signed in and while signed out. All my listings work. I also tried other listings while signed out and they are clickable.

It doesn't matter whether I'm logged in or not, only the left-hand column is 'clickable', when the browser used is Google Chrome. There must be lots of other sellers, who, like me, never thought to check this until recently; how on earth can people buy from us!
Should I post a notice on my facebook page/Instagram/Wix/Pinterest/Youtube etc., or wait for the new site?

I am having the same issue that only the left column is clickable, the remaining are not.  I also am using Chrome.

When I typed my shop name in "search" all my shop items were clickable.

Yes, SelectiveVintage, that works for me, too, but it still doesn't help people using Google Chrome, who have landed at our shops, and want to buy something, unless they know that, as well!
I shall be putting another message on facebook.

I have the same problem, and can't open either the photo or listing when logged into either of my two shops.
I mailed Craig, who wrote that he was able to open my listings with no problem.
I don't have any problem viewing either of my shops while logged into the other, (by search).
So, hopefully shoppers won't have a problem with views.
Pat

Chrome browser does not allow clicking on any listing not in the first column.  Mozilla browser does not have this problem and neither does IE.  Is someone researching this or do we just give up and ignore all buyers using Chrome.   If there were statistics on what browsers are being used, I would be able to tell you the impact, but right now, based on previous site tracking I am losing 50% of visitors who cannot view most of my items.

Some sort of update would be appreciated!
Thank you!

This has been reported to Craig as a technical problem and they are researching to find out why Chrome is reacting this way.  Sometimes it can take a while to find out what changed in Chrome that impacts site coding.  I personally posted a note at the top of my page notifying folks that Chrome may have issues.  This at least lets your customers know what is going wrong.
