Help please.  I finally got my first order and it says "Payment Pending Seller Acceptance" but yet when I go to my PayPal account there's nothing there nor have I received an email from PayPal.  My invoice also says:

8/31/2017 10:38:03 AMManual Payment
8/31/2017 10:34:26 AMManual Payment
8/30/2017 5:27:58 AMPayPal

I'm not sure what I need to do next????

Sometimes you have to go in to your Pay Pal account and actually accept the payment.

Barb, that's the problem having, there's no payment received so far unless I'm totally missing it?  Nothing under my "Activity" nor "Payments Received".

You might also go to your sales in your shop. I remember quite a while ago that I had a sale and when I went into my sales it had a place for me to accept the payment.

If you go to your Paypal account and click on something near the top to show all transactions (not the basic view), there might be an option to accept the payment, especially if it is a currency you don't normally accept, or they may be a notification on the left hand side somewhere?

Thanks Christine.  That's not it though.  I've checked everywhere in my PayPal and there's no where I can see to accept a payment.  It's a sale from the Dallas area so currency isn't an issue.  I have a call into PayPal now (Craig's suggestion to me via email).  It's frustrating now as I've wasted about a hour of time trying to get this and have to wait almost 2 hours for PayPal to call me back.  Ughhhhhhhh

OMG I'm such a dork.  After getting off the phone with Paypal and them having no record of the transaction, I decided to double check my payment preference. Yep, user error!!  I had my PayPal email address wrong. I'm hoping my customer understands and will rebuy the pad.  I've sent a convo to him to double check account to make sure there's no charge on his end which they're shouldn't be.  Luckily it was the @..... part of my email addy that was incorrect.  Dohhhh
