I just noticed that my feedback went down.  I don't have a lot and can't figure out why I lost one.
Anyone have an idea?

That has happened to me as well several months ago. I was told this can happen when someone that bought from you and left you a feedback is no longer on ArtYah.
Unfortunately, any feedback they’ve left anyone goes with them.
It’s discouraging because it’s so hard to get any feedback from sales.

Yes, RozelynnsNeedleArt is correct.  That has happened to me also.  I lost one positive feedback from a buyer who was also a fellow seller.  She became disgruntled with the site and left, and that feedback went with her.  It is a real shame, especially because that was a custom order that took quite a bit of time to complete. I'm hoping with the future site, this can be changed.

Wow that is crazy...............I have never been on a site that the feedback disappeared when the buyer left.
Sellers need the feedback especially on a relatively unknown site.  [frown]

I had one sale when i first joined Artyah.  The buyer left me good feedback which disappeared when she left the site.  Then, almost three months after the sale, she claims breakage in shipping and asks for a replacement.  I just wrote her back and said I was puzzled that she left positive feedback... without unpacking the shipment???  I was nervous, though, that without that evidence actually "in writing" if she pressed the matter I had nothing to back me up.  Agree, too, that feedback should not disappear with a buyer leaving the site because we need feedback showing on our sales.

in the future, you can take a screen shot of the feedback for your records.

Just lost another feedback.  I feel it is so important to have every possible feedback for every seller. It gives potential customers more confidence to see as many positive feedbacks as possible.

What is the logic behind having all record of a customer disappearing when they drop "membership"?  They came.  They shopped. They bought.  They (sometimes) left feedback.  Do former customers want no trace?

I lost one more a few days ago. Now I’m down to a whopping 2.
I think it’s just the way this feature is set up. Hopefully this will be remedied with the new platform. But by then I’ll probably have to start from scratch. 😮

I haven't lost any so far. This is crazy. No other site does this and I hope on the new site it doesn't work like this.

Looks like it won't be long before I have no feedback.  They just keep getting less and less.
I am hanging in there and relisting everything but no sales, very few views and I have to admit I am losing my hope.

I sent an e-mail to Craig today to ask for an explanation and to say how this impacts sellers as well as the confidence that buyers will have in shopping on Artyah. I hope he gets back to us. I feel all the removals should be reinstated.

I agree that the reviews should be reinstated and left whether the customer is still on the site or not.

Without them it makes the site look like no one uses it.  That is not a good thing for an up and coming site.
ArtYah needs to show as many sales as possible to get their site to be seen as a good place to shop.
