Funny...in a way.  On Etsy I had to take down "tree of life" charms.  You would think harmless but it could have lead to a $10,000 fine.  Now....the reason I think its funny (not really funny in the sense of funny) but ArtYah is absolutely full of them.  I wanted to report BUT they want you to go through too much computer junk that I just dropped it.

All you have to do to report is click on the link in the shop or send a listing number, but a better way of doing it would be to send details of the copyright and who owns it etc to customer service and let them deal with it as they can deactivate in bulk I believe.

I just now tried thinking maybe I was wrong, maybe it would be just a click to report.  Sorry to say but it doesn't work that way.  You click the button to report and that is just the beginning of many more questions and "nexts"

That is strange, I have just tried clicking the button to report shop and it opens as an email in which you can type the details and post.  Or you could post details here so everyone can see what the problem is with Tree of LIfe and why you might get a fine.

What is wrong with "tree of life"? Trademarked? By whom? It's getting to the point where you can't even say "I am" if your name is Sam because Dr. Seuss has the trademark.

It is true that when you click the report button it opens into a normal looking email.  After that is when you get the questions. I am not computer literate so I just dropped it.
The other mention of copywrite...I am no longer on Etsy but when I had the Etsy shop, I sold tree of life charms.  Because it was copywrited,  Etsy wasted no time in taking it down.  It wasn't the pendant itself but was the name "Tree of Life."  I will eventually put them on my shop here but in no way will use the name.

I see a bunch of copyrighted stuff and have reported these shops - esp. In these early stages with manageable listing amounts - do we still have to send detailed info, not just general "take a look, here's the ears and more"? One of the main things I liked about Artyah, was the idea of not accepting IP theft, I hope it's still valued here.

Just for fun.....type in "etsy charms"  in search bar of ArtYah.  On the very first page are 10 copywrite infringements.

If you notice an item that infringes copyright or intellectual property please report it to
customerservice ( @ ) artyah.com
I am sure you all know how to put the correct address

In the Subject Line put something like:
Seller Report   plus the html link to the item or shop

In the body of the email give a little more information as to why it infringes, if possible with a link to details if it is not an obvious infringement such as Disney etc.

If the item has  "Holding"  at the bottom it is not yet fully live.

Or send me a PM with all the details and I can pass it on.  (do not use the chat option at the bottom of the page, use Private Messaging)

We represent AMERICAN GIRL, LLC (AGLLC) in connection with intellectual
 property matters.

As you may know, AGLLC sells dolls, doll clothing, and related goods
under its well-known AMERICAN GIRL trademark.  AGLLC also owns federal
trademark registrations, copyrights, trade dress and other intellectual
property for AMERICAN GIRL and has the exclusive rights to control its
 use in commerce.

Your advertisement has been reported because of one or more of
the following issues:  (1) your listing uses the AMERICAN GIRL
trademark in an unauthorized, prominent, and confusing manner,
suggesting that the goods originate from or are sponsored by American
Girl, (2) your listing displays or incorporates counterfeit items not
authorized by AGLLC  and/or (3) your listing incorporates photographs
of AMERICAN GIRL dolls for commercial purposes.  The unauthorized use
of intellectual property rights associated with the AMERICAN GIRL brand
in connection with your item constitutes infringement and misleads
consumers into believing that your item is approved, or sponsored by,
or affiliated with AGLLC, when it is not.

American Girl, LLC reserves all rights.

Yes, the AG  company spells out the infringement cases, but it doesn't disclose in which cases using the AG  names or their dolls  does not constitute the infringements.  There is one company that is based on selling items made for AG dolls and designing for them is Pixie Faire. It is in business for several years and makes  almost  $ $$$ $$$ in sales annually. They have officially contacted AG to specify the options and the cases when the use of the AG name would not  fall under infringement clause.   The answer from the AG and the  comment and advice from the Pixie Faire has been published on their Facebook page for all those who sell items for the AG dolls to understand and use as the guidelines to do it properly without the infringement.  I know because I used to be one of the PF's designers.

For vintage illustrations, you may sell / reproduce images published before 1923 in the U.S. Anything published after 1923 in the U.S. must not be reproduced/sold.
