When I click on one of the listings in my shop, I do not get to a window for the listing. In fact, nothing happens. Is this just me?

I don't have a lot of listings, but just clicked on different rows and some at top and bottom of page. They all opened up to each product page, though 2-3 were slow loading. The slow ones showed an AY page with a list of categories before the product page popped on.

Ah, it's a browser thing. I just switched from Chrome to Firefox and now they all work.

I think it is a browser issue. I had not thought to check before, but so many people seem to be commenting on this, I thought I better had; sure enough, when using Google Chrome, only the photos down the left-hand side are clickable (not a desirable state of affairs, if you are hoping to sell the other items!). For all the other photos, the 'little hand' is replaced by the 'arrow' (cursor), and you cannot click to open!
I also use Chromium, and when I switched to that browser, everything worked fine.
I haven't tried Firefox or Internet Explorer, yet, although I could, if it would help.

I've always used Chrome. Why now is it different?

I used to have a couple of problems on AY when using FF, and when I tested it with Chrome the issues were not present. One was faving shops. Now I can fav them in FF. Don't know if a FF update fixed it or if admin coding fixed it.

I only use Chrome and have never had any problems until now. grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I don't use or switch to other browsers and I am sure there are customers that don't either.
They will just leave and go somewhere else if they can't click on something they want. [frown]

This needs to get sorted out ASAP.

Have you installed the most updated version of Chrome?  Clear out your cookies and see if this helps.

Well now this is interesting.... After reading this post I went to my shop and low and behold, I have the same problem... Also I realized the photos are a bit smaller because there is a larger margin on the right side of the page....

The left row down is the only live one.... The other 3 rows are not clickable.... I've always used Chrome and had no problem till now.... I only use Chrome and that's all I will use... This site should be compatible with Chrome !

I agree Lynne this needs to be fixed right away ! !

Yes, SelectiveVintage, that works for me, too, but it still doesn't help people using Google Chrome, who have landed at our shops, and want to buy something, unless they know that, as well!
I shall be putting another message on facebook.
