You have to open it in your image editing program then save as, save it as a jpeg. Then open the saved jpeg image.

You should also be able to edit the pdf in the free Adobe Acrobat reader.

I downloaded it but I still see no way to change it to a jpeg

When I try to save it it will only save it as a pdf

Go ahead and save it as a pdf. Do you use any program to edit your images? Open the saved pdf in your image editing program, then save it again as a jpeg.  Hopefully your image program can open the pdf. I don't work with pdfs often, but they're not as hard to work with as you would think.

Not yet. Been a little busy with live the past few days. Had a dr visit and found out I have gout.

Also had to go find another camera. Mind went out.

You are welcome to send the pdf image to me and I will try to return it as a jpeg, as a one-time service. You could try Julie's links for the future. I will be offering a Fiverr gig for that and could use your image as practice. Let me know if I can help in this way.

Sorry about your gout diagnosis. My mom has it. Had to cut down on foods with high levels of purine in them, and she now takes Allopurinol to reduce the high levels of uric acid in her body.

Hope you're doing better in all of your challenges.
