I thought I had mine set up to pay immediately but the buyer did not pay.  Do I need to send her an invoice?  That invoice that I see associated with the order?  Or do I have to do something thru paypal?  All of my other sales were paid right then.  Please Help?  I should know better -

No one out there to help me??  I have sent her the invoice for a second time.  What happens here if she does not pay?  I also left a message for Craig and have not gotten a response there either???

Hi Marsha. Sorry nobody has responded to you yet. I can imagine how darn frustrating it is! I can't help since I haven't had a sale yet. Have you done Live Chat with Craig yet?

Hi Marsha,  I think if she does not pay you just make the item available for sale again, you cannot force someone to pay if they have changed their mind.  I did a test purchase yesterday and customer clicks the button to purchase and agree to pay, then goes to the payment page to pay, if they do not do the second part then you just get the sale notification and nothing else, this can happen on ebay as well.

Sent her a second invoice yesterday and still nothing.  Sent her an email tonight asking if there was a problem and if I don't hear anything by tomorrow nite I will cancel the order and relist it.  I heard from Craig and he said it should not happen this way and that they are working on the shopping cart!  Yippee!!  Hope they get it soon so that maybe holiday sales will start.  Thanks for your help guys - Marsha - - Snow Nose Crafts

I had something similar happen recently. I got charged for the sale but never got paid for it.  I emailed Craig and he contacted the buy, needless to say, the next day I was paid.

I bought a few things from a seller this morning. Paid via pp right away. The payment shows as pending in my pp account and says the seller needs to claim the money. I messaged the seller, gave them the transaction ID, hopefully they claim the money and send the items. The last 2 purchases have not gone through automatically.  I don't know what the problem is.

I also am wondering about this. I have an unpaid order, so I manually sent an invoice.

Does ArtYah send invoices automatically, or is this something I need to opt into?

I do not think there is anyway to cancel a sale, you can just message your buyer to let them know that as they have not paid for the item they agreed to purchase, is there anything you can help them with, if not you will be relisting in xx number of hours.
